Transform Anxiety and
Feeling Lost into Balance and Direction

Overcome anxiety, stress, and life’s challenges with Stoic Life Coaching

Do you recognize yourself in any of these?

Meet Benny, your Stoic Coach

As a Stoic Life Coach, I bring almost 10 years of daily Stoic practice and close to 3 years of professional coaching experience. My goal is to help you return to first principles, feel balanced and grounded again by applying timeless Stoic wisdom to modern challenges. My approach is direct, compassionate, and practical, blending philosophical depth with clear, actionable steps.

I’ve walked this path myself, navigating personal challenges with Stoicism as my guide. Now I help others transform anxiety, overthinking, and uncertainty into clarity, balance, and resilience. Whether you’re dealing with stress at work, a difficult transition, or simply feel lost in life, I provide the tools and perspective to help you realign with your values and take purposeful action.

It is my mission to help you discover your true self and purpose in life.
